The game Shifting Grounds is a webbased game. It was conducted by Wageningen University Research.
It’s a tool resource to enhance knowledge exchange among WUR-students and lecturers regarding climate-resilient landscapes to improve engagement and learning outcomes. Additionally, the game serves as an effective tool for conveying critical concepts related to landscape resilience, political decision-making, and sustainability.

The game is a role-playing game were the players conduct a series of situation (scenarios) during time. Choices made effect the ground-situation (better or worst) to show the short and longterm impact.
